Fumigation: We offer a 5-year warranty specifically for existing drywood termites at the time of treatment. While we cannot warranty against future infestations, we provide coverage for re-fumigation or local treatment in case of any failure in the treated area.
Soil treatments: Our soil treatments come with a 5-year warranty. This warranty covers existing subterranean termite infestations and any future infestations. In case of any failure, we ensure continued treatment or retreatment of the affected area.
Bird exclusion: Our bird exclusion service includes a 5-year warranty that covers all parts, materials, and labor involved. This ensures comprehensive coverage for the duration of the warranty.
Local treatments: We provide a 2-year warranty for our local treatments. This warranty applies specifically to the treated wood members, providing assurance for the specified period.
Termite/dry-rot repair: For termite and dry-rot repair services, we offer a 2-year warranty as mandated by state law. This warranty covers both material and craftsmanship, guaranteeing the quality of our work.
